"I had a problem with my first room.
Dirty towels and an unchanged bed. It was very unpleasant.
The reception dismissed it as a normal occurrence and promptly offered a new room to look at. This was clean at least. The bathroom door did stick and I was locked in, (my partner had to kick it open) so this would be most distressing is staying alone.
All this said, the room rates are well below average in the area, especially for a weekend."

"We stayed in Room 18, it’s not the biggest and only has a small window looking onto a fire escape. It was clean and the bed comfy, but I prefer a bigger room."
