"Yes my dogs loved the property! When we arrived we tried to check in early and the night shift guy was very rude! I showed him that I had a reservation and he stated and I quote “ I don’t give no damn about no reservation.” But the morning crew was everything above amazing."

"It is in a convenient location, and the staff are as helpful as they can but the property needs upgrades and a permanent maintenance man on call. When I arrived there was a gentleman who had a problem with his tv and had to be given another room. I brought food with me and put it in the fridge only to find out the fridge did not work and the food went bad, They told me no one was available to fix the fridge.
My key was deactivated so when I can back I had to go to the front desk and have the...

"They couldn't figure out how to key our room key. You can't check in an hour early without a charge. Was rude at front desk. Asked what to do around hotel was given all BARS with my 17 yo daughter with me. Left waiting at front desk for over 20 minutes while the tried to key room. The room door wouldnt lock. The door wasnt straight so didnt close right. Only 1 room key actually worked. No milk at breakfast. "
