"We really enjoyed our stay. Only a couple things. We typically love the continental breakfast offered and we couldn’t find info prior to arrival if there was a free breakfast or not. Only when we got there and asked it was clarified that you had to pay for breakfast. Should put that and the price on the website. Our shower head wasn’t tight and water was spraying out into the bathroom. Over the top of the shower doors. And the water pressure was so low. The room was nicely furnished and clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable! Would love to know the brand of it. The pool and firepits are beautiful and we enjoyed an evening out there. "

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Hotel has a neat vibe and we enjoyed the pool. Front desk check in was a bit uncomfortable as we were not greeted and it was all done in silence. Nice amenities and good for the price. Food and drinks were rather expensive. "

"Whenever we come through Flagstaff, this is our choice of hotel. the end. period. it hits all the points. comfortable bed, great shower & the pool. we've used the gym a few times - it's a bit thin in offerings but you can get the job done. the bar is well tended and the food offerings are good enough if you're tired after your travels you won't feel like you've compromised. If you are heading here because of the EV Superchargers, make sure to send a note ahead of time and ask for one of the rooms on the lower level. You end up with direct access to your vehicle without having to walk through the entire hotel. it's a great game changer. If I had to only comment on one thing - we do wish they had a hot-tub/jacuzzi as an added amenity. but it hasn't been enough to make us look elsewhere."

"An outlet between beds wouldn’t allow plugin. Ceiling fixture wires exposed. Had to ask for enough shampoo & conditioner for 2 ppl but were gracious in providing more. If you have dog, only use bottom floor as metal staircases can be hot in sun & open-grated stairs spooked my dog. Overall, I’d say 4.5 stars."
