"2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great."

The room was old and not remodeled yet but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I went downstairs for the breakfast thinking I could get coffee and orange juice but both were out of order. They don’t have a front desk employee, you have to call someone else so they go over there and it can take them up to 20 minutes to get there. They didn’t tell me my room was changed because the heater was broke and they gave me a room with one bed even though I paid for a room with two beds. They ended up getting us a room in the hotel near that one. Even if it’s cheap I won’t recommend it at all. The...

"Room was clean. We stayed in a dog friendly room that was ok. The area around the hotel was safe, good for walking the dog. McDonald’s was right next door. The hair dryer didn’t work, but they immediately gave me a new one to use."

"An okay experience but overall lacking. Check in took a bit as there was no one at the desk for a bit and when they arrived, they were not highly friendly. The room was okay and as promised with the number of beds and while the sleep was comfortable, overall the room was subpar with street noise quite evident through the experience. "It felt like our room hadnt been used for a while. There was dust on the bed, dead bugs in corners, and the sink didnt drain well and had an old, standing water smell."

"We loved this little place! We will definitely stay again. It’s clean and the beds are great! We ate at the little cowboy restaurant a few yards down the road and had excellent steaks and great live music. Came back and chatted with some other vacationers around the beautiful fire. The whole experience was lovely! Off the beaten path but even more quaint that way!"
