"The lady at the front desk was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so kind and patient. She changed our room to a first floor room so my mother could have easier access due to her poor mobility. She also made fresh coffee for me and my sister. Little things like that make a world of difference! Also, when we walked into our room, we could tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. It actually SMELLED clean. You don’t always get that smell when you stay in a hotel."

"The rooms here are beautiful, but the MOST uncomfortable I've ever experienced for a place charging these prices. The bed is extremely hard & after sleeping just a few hours, I woke in extreme pain. I explained what happened & asked if they had any mattress toppers or anything to help - they said no. "My room was very disturbing to me when I opened up the drawers to spray In the drawers, in the third drawer, there were some human underwears like man's. Then I called the front desk and she came and got them. I continued to spray the bathroom, there was a bar of soap in the shower that had been USED!!!!!!! My HEART was very upset and my sister took it up to the front desk. Next day as I was getting out of the shower, the toilet had urine around the bottom of it and my sister took a picture of...
