"Excellent location, close to the best beaches. "

"When we first checked in we noticed the sheets had not been changed after the previous occupants. We waited close to two hours. We went to have coffee and dessert at 8pm. The coffee bar was closed. The bakery gad one person working and a very long line. When it was finally my turn I was informed that the coffee makers were broken. Another day we were informed at 8am that the main pool was closed. My husband went up at 9am and there were no seats. Later that same day the television and telephone stopped working. We also got a reminder at 7:46 pm for our 7:00 pm reservation at Stretto which they said was 7:15. Needless to say we’re were already there. The lights are so bright in the hallways that it comes through the door at night. Hilton has a lot of work to do. "

"We stayed 5 days, in 2 different rooms due to travel. Very clean, the queen beds were great, the king was ok. Pillows in the King room were not comfy, like the ones in the queen rooms.
