"Room was NEVER cleaned over 6 days despite sign in room saying they would every third day. Shower door would not close, and after asking for it to be fixed three times, we gave up and asked for extra towels to put on the floor. Upon arrival no hand towels, face cloths in room and no soap in shower dispenser. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee or cups. Had to go to desk for that. They didn't have any towels, but did provide some coffee, but no cups- said it would be dropped in our room...
