"The front desk staff are pretty unhelpful, especially if you’re arriving later in the night. I would advise calling them multiple times to make sure they have your listing. They removed my reservation despite calling them. They seemed to have no access to their own email, so if booking through a third party app, calling to confirm, and then calling again, and again, is the way. I would avoid if you’re arriving late."

"At first we had trouble checking in, Mark was kind and fixed it for us, but they never explained to us about the 300 deposit until we did the check in, they told us we were getting 150 deposit back and we still haven’t received it yet… The property was old and the elevators were a total mess… old and not totally clean to be honest…. The only good thing was it was well located…."

"It was no where close to my expectation. Overall it is okay, no major issue to report. However if I am paying 100 bucks for a night stay, I was expecting a better property. Room, walls, bathroom weee substandard. No coffee in the room. Refrigerator was for a name sake. Interesting thing is that they don’t provide soap, or even hand soap. I thought they forgot to put it but when asked, the from desk told, we only provide shampoo and conditioner. I had to buy a hand soap from outside Included...
