"Breakfast good with hot food. Staff very nice. Hotel in need of update and renovation. Carpet old and taped down in hallways. Had no hot water in our room, or working tv or working side lamp on night stand. Manager fixed those things the next day, smoking allowed in non smoking rooms. Lots of free parking. Easy access to downtown."
