"I book a pet friendly hotel. When I got to the hotel, the manager met me at the door yo explain not dogs were allowed. She was very aggressive. I explained that I had received 2 messages from the hotel and none stated dogs were not allowed. I read the rule that were sent which didn't say anything about pets.
