"Ask how to control the heat! I did not and it was too warm. I love staying here and was our second time. It’s cozy and comfortable and has historic ambiance. The staff are very nice and being greeted with champagne and a lavender hand towel is wonderful."

"The staff was amazing. I made an online reservation and was going to be late to arrive (it is a mom and pop place, so the desk is not 24 hrs). The nice lady called me and left a message on how to check in and could not have been nicer. She was actually there when I pulled in and told me "now you have my cell phone so let me know if there is anything else you need". The bed was so soft I had to sleep on the floor, but the room was so clean I didn't even mind. "

"Property was nice, room was very nice with our two small dogs. Breakfast was not very good, you will out the dorm we asked for two eggs and sausages plus toast. We re iced one egg each and two sausages and had to make our own toast. So our toast was hot when we made it but our one egg was cold by the time we sat ba k down. "
