"The hotel was very well kept and great for couples. Staff were helpful overall. There is no staff past 11 so if you have any issues I was not given a number to call (thankfully there was no issues). The valet didn’t really help with our bags as much as I hoped. Typical valet will help handle all bags to be delivered to your room, or something but that wasn’t the case. There is a large flight of stairs and no elevator so that contributed to the bag issue and not having a cart to wheel anything...

"The place was large with the bedrooms on opposite sides. We didn't cook but the option was there. We did take advantage of the silverware and plates though. A little worn around the edges but still cute and comfortable. Perfect location to the Metro and it is very walkable to nice restaurants and a grocery store. I would rent it again!"

"Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

"The hotel looks and feels brand new. It's very well maintained .
The parking is extremely secure however, $35 per night is Highway robbery.
Rooms are bright and spacious and very reasonably priced.

"Very clean - don’t be concerned if you walk into the lobby that it’s going to be like the gross Quality chain in the states. The room had new flooring and was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the coffee at breakfast wasn’t bad at all. If you’re going to grad at the base this is a really good option."

"The room was fairly large, much bigger than a regular hotel room. The balcony was quite nice as well. Bed area was separated by a partial wall, with a small table and chairs plus 2 armchairs in the segregated area. The 2 Sams that looked after us at the restaurant were fantastic. Check in was a bit chaotic as there was a function that night and the reception area was used for part of their function. Hard to get through the crowd to the elevator. Overall, good experience. Would go back."

"Breakfast was excellent!
Lots of parking.
Grounds and property were clean.
Would be nice to have somewhere to sit outside. Nice weather and nice grounds but no benches or seats to sit outside.
We stayed for 2 nights...only one of our beds were made. There were dirty dishes that we had brought from breakfast and cups that were used for tea that were left in the room. One tea packet was used (out of two)...there were no tea packets left for us at all.
Most hotels I have been to have free...
