"I would not recommend this place at all. The room and surrounding areas were very dirty. The shower, toilet, and mini fridge were filthy, towels were stained, and overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Even after requesting for my room to be cleaned again the next morning, nothing was properly addressed. They only vacuumed and made the beds, while everything else remained dirty. I expected the room to look like the pictures and description shown online .. clean and well maintained .. but it was the complete opposite. What a shock. Not to mention the breakfast area: many items were out of stock according to the staff, and the employee handling the bread kept touching her AirPods while serving food and using the toaster. The ice machine also had mold around it. Very disappointing experience overall."

"Staff was nice, there were a few stains on our sheets. Room key wouldn’t work for the parking deck gate had to go back twice because we couldn’t get out. Other than that we had a nice stay."

"We had an issue at checkin - assigned a room with one bed and sofa when I was pretty sure I paid for two beds through hotels.com. I double-checked and showed the front desk clerk a reservation for an executive double room. It was handy to have that info on the hotels.com app and the clerk assigned us another room. "
