"We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer."

"The hotel is closed completely. We booked in August/paid, and drove in on the 10th. The building was completely locked and dark. Tried calling the hotel directly, and it went straight to answering machine. Had to get a last minute room at another hotel, and they said that Red Roof has been closed for almost a year.
