"We stayed for three nights. On the second day, we noticed that housekeeping had not been to our room. We called down to the front desk and they at least sent someone to empty the trash and give us clean towels. The next day, to make sure, we told the front desk attendant at around 10 a.m. that we were leaving for the day and that our room could be cleaned. When we returned at around 6 p.m., our room was untouched. Went to the front desk and they again sent someone (who could not speak...

"We stayed in a King room for a night after a cruise. It was available when we arrived, which was really nice. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a minor issue with the toilet that was fixed right away. Staff members were very nice and helpful. We were able to walk to the Space Needle."
