"I stayed at this hotel while I was in town for the BTS concert recently. It was very clean and the concierge at the front desk was so helpful. I’ve never been to Chicago and my parents had only ever flew into Chicago to connect to another flight years ago. We had never been to Soldier Field stadium and she gave us an estimate of how long it would take to get there. I booked two rooms for myself and my parents and thankfully we had rooms on the same floor right across the hall from each other....

"I would probably avoid this place unless it's a last minute, overnight stay. There's a lot of sketchy things admit this place. From the moment I walked into reception it literally smelled like poop. If i were able to cancel the reservation then I would've."
