"We needed a good hotel near the airport with a free shuttle in the morning. It was perfect."

"Hotel is secluded enough for a quiet nights rest but also conveniently located near various stores, restaurants and the highway. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good."

"We asked for more towels. We had 3 people in the rook and they only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. They do not understand English. It should not be that hard to get towels on a 2 night stay The linens are disgusting. They are about 20* years old and no life in them. They need new beds and new linens. Will not stay there again."

"Really comfy place an easy walk from Smith College and downtown Northampton. The bed was awesome, parking was easy, the food and lobby were a delight."

"Breakfast on schedule ac worked the room was ok you could hear talking all night walls were like paper the balcony was dirty glass doors would not open easily and glass was dirty to housekeeping were more friendly better than the front desk Asian lady was a little hostile I won't go back there wasn't worth my money."

"We were told that house keeping would be every other day.....not the we had to ask for towels daily....only time the room was serviced was on the 3rd day about 3pm.....we left Monday.......some staff were very helpful while others were busy in the back office and kept us and phone calls waiting....we will never stay at this hotel again"

"The property is very old and doesn't seem to have been updated in a long time. The rooms are are not low cost and yet you don't get anything complementary besides the breakfast. The breakfast is basic like most other places. They do have a shopping nook that sells toothpaste, toothbrush, moisturizer etc. The room was alright, but mattress was not comfortable for me, the springs had lost a lot of its tension. The Wi-Fi in room stopped working after the first day. And finally I had to call...

"The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our concern was that all guests are charged an additional $20/day for amenities. We were there on a Monday overnight. The restaurant was closed, the pub was closed, the pool table room was closed, the pool wasn't open yet for the season and there wasn't any special programming. It would be more transparent to just include that $20 in the fee, then to make it seem like you are getting some extra amenities that any other hotel would just have included in the cost"
