"Great location and clean"

"A beautiful rural location with wonderful countryside views and nature in abundance in an elegant and very well cared for property. Attention to detail in seen throughout the hotel from arrival in the car park, through a perfectly manicured courtyard and pleasant reception area. My room looked out onto fields . Two large windows that let a lovely breeze into the room. Elegantly decorated room with all you need for a comfortable stay and perfect sleep. The bed was a dream. I slept all night...

"Parking was good, right outside our room. Staff were very friendly and nice. There was a good choice for breakfast of cooked and cereal. The room was clean, did notice a couple of spiders, one small one in the bath which was easily washed down the bath and one above the wardrobe storage, which didn't cause any problems. The light in the mirror one side had dimmed. Very central to York 1/2 and hour and 1 hour from Bridlington. There is a manned bar, but on Wednesday night it wasn't open which...

"We only had a short stay there but the hotel and rooms are spotless, staff friendly and helpful, excellent food and well stocked bar. Ample parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to go back again. Thanks guys and gals 👍"

"We had such a lovely stay at this wonderful B&B. Comfy bed and the room was well equipped with tea and coffee, biscuits, water etc. We had no trouble parking. Breakfast was first class. "

Its was a very hot day when we checked it , No air condition, and when we arrived in the room it was like an oven, They did not have the curtesy to open a window to try and cool down the room before we arrived. and we were given a small fan which all that did was circulate the hot air around the room, Checked the fan and the pat testing sticker was a year out of date. "5 stars isn’t enough for Eastdale B&B. The property is immaculate. Liz is an exemplary host. The breakfast was excellent and was all quality ingredients. Parking is easy. I travel extensively for business and Eastdale B&B is the best accommodation I have stayed in for a very long time."
