The linens were super old and super scratchy, the property was run down and if it weren’t for the entire hotel being full of families in town for softball, I would have NOT felt safe. Having so many families around eased my discomfort. I would not recommend this property and should have cancelled and booked elsewhere."

She only checked if occupied but not if cleaned. She gave me one but the room was not cleaned at all. Went back to her and she again checked for other rooms, finally found one. "The room was so cute, we stayed in Rome and it was cozy and clean. They have good food and drinks amenities in the room and nice lighting. They were very helpful and quick to respond to messages!"

"This is an older building with lots of "land-lord-specials" to try to cover repairs and update the building. The pipes vibrated and rumbled when we took showers, which others had complained about to management while we were sitting in the lobby. The staff were all friendly and tried to be accommodating but the pipe situation was throughout the building. The room was fairly clean but the bedding did have stains (bright blue and pink).
