"Let me begin by saying that Holiday Inn is one of my favorite places to stay and I know that I will definitely stay again. "The rooms are situated too close to the highway and there was a lot of traffic that prevented me from sleeping"

"I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay."

"I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like."

"The room had a bad smell. The furniture was beat up. No microwave. The heat/aircon air exit vent had dust build up that really needs a good cleaning. That’s bad for anyone that suffers with respiratory or allergies issues. "

"The staff and service was excellent from checking in, to breakfast, to checkout!"

"There were numerous communication issues between me and the staff and managers at one point our room got up to 77° and stayed like that for hours because there was no one on staffed correct the issue although we got the historic room fee waved. I don’t believe that the staff truly cared about our experience in the hotel as a whole considering that it was where we were staying to get married. I wrote an email to management at 8:30 AM and it has now been 12 hours and I have yet to get a phone call...

"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."
