"It was quiet and in a great location. But the room was not clean (carpet looked/felt very dirty, there was a smell to the room, phone in the room had obviously not been wiped down in ages, and the vent was also very dirty). Given the high ratings I had seen I was disappointed. "

"Room 104 - very clean for the most part. I let the front desk know that the shower head needs replaced. Leaks and doesn't have good spray. My bath towel had a hole the size of a quarter. And there was a stain on the sofa we will say maybe from a milkshake.... So we covered the sofa to feel more comfortable sitting on it. I didn't mention the rusty light fixture in the bathroom. Needs some maintenance and it will be fine."
