"Good Staff, Good Breakfast, Very Clean!! "

"Good overall but the only negative experience I had was with Oscar at the front desk. I went down around 8:30 p.m. to ask a simple question about whether food was still available at the lounge. He didn’t acknowledge me or looked at me, he was looking at his computer, browsing through a chat. I could clearly see this since I was standing to the side of the desk. Without even making eye contact, he said, “Can you give me a minute?” in a very dry tone, even though no one else was waiting and he didn’t appear busy (continued to browse his chat). I waited a few seconds, but since he still didn’t acknowledge me or try to help, I just walked away. That interaction left a bad impression. Guests should feel acknowledged and welcomed, even during a brief wait. Aside from that experience, everything else was fine."

"When we got to our room after checking in, the bathroom had been recently used with water around the sink, the hand towel bunched up on the counter and some debris in the toilet. The rest of the room appeared untouched. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The front desk clerk offered to send housekeeping to "freshen up the bathroom". I requested a new room. This change was made somewhat reluctantly. There was no apology."

"Room was ok. Run down. Hair in shower upon arrival. Shower head needed to be cleaned. AC did not work. Donuts and coffee were good. "

"Everything was good , but woke up to a lot of ants on the bathroom floor . The room was clean tho and the property was nice . Breakfast was okay . Staff was friendly, the staff said that he couldn’t give us any reduction on the room since we booked through Expedia , but said he would give us some Hilton points , but I have seen them yet . He said I would have to complain to Expedia . "

"Perfect hotel by itself for a cute getaway but also perfect for exploring nearby Los Alamos and the wine region. A lively, colorful fun bar and pool make it a super place to hang out day and night. Fire pits and views round it all off with a bow. Highly recommended."

"They gave us a non-smoking room and when we went in it was full of cigarette smell, not cleaned and the fire alarm kept beeping. We had to leave immediately."
