"I had a great experience. I was in town for a concert at the Spectrum arena. The hotel is a convenient walk to the arena. The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends."

"There was only 1 working elevator and it was the service elevator. So you had to wait quite a while or take the stairs."
