"Nice airport hotel. Perfect if you have to catch a morning flight from FRA and you don't want to rely on DB for being ontime (which you absolutely shouldn't.) Perhaps the hotel could give better directions for those who want to walk from the airport to the hotel and back. Googlemaps does a bad job of that, directing you to places that are unsafe for pedestrians, and there aren't any signs posted for foot traffic either, even though there are sidewalks and pedestrian traffic lights. I got lost...

"Definitely 10/10 hotel was absolutely stunning and beautiful. The VIP lounge was fully stocked at all times and monitored constantly. The deal breaker was the room service robot. Amazing experience. The rooftop bar was coolest I ever seen. The view was stunning. The location was inside a mall with so much food options and high end shopping stores. Staff was super helpful and friendly. "Das Haus selbst macht auch optisch einen guten Eindruck, mit seiner Lage nähe der S-Bahn Station Gatteway Garden ist sowohl von der Stadt , als auch vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen. Der Check-In war sehr freundlich, informativ und zügig. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, das Bad genauso und mit einer Kitchenette ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war nicht zu groß, aber alles was der Magen braucht war da. Besonders Rezeption und das Frühstücksteam erbrachten freundliche TOP Leistungen ! "

"Ein top modernes,neues Hotel nähe des HBF mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, super Bett, Minibar und großem Kleiderschrank. " 初めてのヨーロッパ、初めての一人旅で利用しました。フロントの方は全員笑顔で迎えてくださり、とても安心しました。朝清掃の方とすれ違う時にも笑顔で挨拶してくださり、とても気持ちが良かったです。部屋の清掃は3日に1度ですが、前日22時までにお願いすれば毎日清掃してくれます。キッチン下に洗濯乾燥機がついており、洗濯洗剤が1回分部屋に置いてあります。何度か洗濯するようなら持って行くのがおすすめです。駅から10分ほど歩きますが、21時くらいまで街は明るいので特に危険を感じる瞬間はありませんでした。ホテル裏にSKYLINEPLAZAというショッピングモールがあり、食事、買い物、お土産購入など、困ることはありませんでした。フランクフルトに行くことがまたあれば、絶対にまた泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。"
