"Great mini hotel. Eleni, the onsite manager, was kind and helpful. She was good at communicating and even helped me with my suitcases. The place was so clean that even when I walked around barefoot, not a single speck of dirt was on my feet. They also offer complimentary candies, coffee, tea, and rakka in each room."

The staff was also very friendly and professional and super helpful. We also went to their spa services and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had such a good time in chania in general but going back to the hotel to rest and relax was equally as great. Thank you. "

"We couldn’t have dreamed of a better location and view from our balcony! This is close to many restaurants and shops. Yannis at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. This is old but wonderful. If you are expecting something perfect and new do not stay here. If you’d like something authentic, close to everything in the Old Port and with a breathtaking view of the lighthouse and harbor, this is your place. Make sure you specify room with a balcony. "We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...
