"Lovely welcome from Emmanouil who couldn’t have been more helpful. We got upgraded which was nice and had a big apartment. Incredible value for money. We loved Plaka. Lots of nice restaurants and bars and not forgetting the one attached to the accomodation which was perfect for our lunch. "

He provided detailed and accurate travel suggestions for Eastern Crete. Great source of knowledge for visiting remote areas including beaches, monasteries, local restaurants, and small villages. "Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff...

"The suite we stayed in was fantastic. It had two bedrooms and a kitchen and sitting area. It also had two roomy sections of outdoor patio. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a nice little bar at the swimming pool.the only thing it could do better was the pool could use some repairs and a good cleaning."
