Amazing location with very attentive host. A few stairs to climb so you need to be able to carry your own luggage.

Great room excellent location. Luka very helpful with directions from ferry,5 minute walk. Spotlessly clean and very good AC. Would highly recommend.

The Luxury Palace Room was very convenient for both Diocletian's Palace, Old Town and the sea front. The room itself was very clean and the reception, information and engagement was quick, efficient and professional. The owner also provides a pick up / drop off service to the airport which is very convenient and cheaper than a taxi.

Lovey AC, friendly and helpful host. Large bathroom and great location. Only small thing is the shower didn't have a door so the bathroom floor got a bit slippery and we nearly tripped a few times. That's the only reason we didn't give 5 stars. Apart from that it was an absolutely wonderful stay and highly recommend. Location will not disappoint. Be warned there are stairs to navigate for large suitcases.

Clean and very cool being in the middle of everything. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Narrow spiral staircase to get to the unit. Bathroom was a glass door so not very private. Overall a great stay for a one night stay in Split.

My daughter and I were very happy with the Palace Luxury Room. It was right in the middle of Split so we could walk everywhere. Was very clean and their driver picked us up at the airport and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly the room was very quiet. Lots going on outside but we slept very comfortably. We would definitely come back.

Great stay in Split

Our stay was perfect! The room was in a great location and perfectly clean and comfortable. Luka was super helpful and communicative and even arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport who was also very helpful. Great place to stay in Split.

Great location for a room, but Split is very alive at night so if you are an early bird, be prepared for it to be noisy outside until 1 or 2 am. Parking is 5 to 7 minutes away. We were coming from Montenegro, so communication with the host was difficult because of cell phone coverage between the two countries and going through Bosnia, so if you are making a similar trip your best best would be to book a regular hotel.

Great place in split

Right in the heart of split , host was so helpful and friendly, airline lost our luggage and the host offered to help out , it meant so much thank you. The room was beautiful we really loved it , the shower was great . We would definitely stay again

Very cool room within the west wall of the Diocletian Palace. Cozy, clean and very comfortable. Would stay here again!

It was a beautiful property and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for anything you wanted to do within the palace and close to the water. Enjoyed my stay, I would come back again.

The room is in a great location within Old Town with lots of restaurants and things to see steps from the room. We booked a driver to pick us up from the airport through Luka for a reasonable price. He was very nice and even walked us to the room and gave us some dining recommendations. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for a 1 night stay before we got on our cruise at the port the next day. Just a warning, there is no privacy in the bathroom, so only stay here with someone you are very comfortable with! There are a few sets of stairs to get to the room including a narrow spiral staircase.

It was fun to stay in Old Town Split. Room was close to many things and the room was very clean. Appreciated the help arranging transportation from the airport. Highly recommend.

Incredible stay!

The location could not be any better! Right next to D16 coffee and right in the heart of old town. Easy to walk to anything you want. Restaurants all around. Luka was an awesome host and guide. I will definitely stay here again!
