Perfect location in the heart of Old Town. Our room was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. All the staff are amazing - always happy to help with tips and advice. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Location could not be better. Right on the door step to the main strip while still giving a secluded feel. Stayed at the suite which was a very clean and well maintained room. Staff were very very good - the speed of responses were excellent and very helpful. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location for having the option to head to the beach or head in to town. Walking distances seem a lot shorter than when looking at the map before we went. Seemed to have been Newley furnished which is always an added bonus.

The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful, and the rooms were lovely and clean with great facilities. Parking was very handy, right outside the hotel and the its proximity to the old town and beach areas make it an ideal location.

We honestly could not find fault with anything at this beautiful hotel. Stayed for a quick overnight in Split, it's conveniently located a short 12-15min walk from the Old town. Its clean and tidy although the host needs you to confirm a lot of information about arrival so that they can meet you so you need to keep that in mind. There is parking on the street if you have a car but it's first come first served, public street parking. Ivan from reception came out to meet us and helped carry our suitcases to the hotel. Received a welcoming glass to prosecco. We stay in a double standard room, which was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff at the hotel were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Villa Split Luxury rooms Annex. There are now 2 locations (both excellent), so make sure you find out the exact address. The annex is newly opened in 2016 and has been done in complete luxury. The styling is BEAUTIFUL, with some traditional stone walls on show mixed in with newly plastered/painted cream walls and beautiful wooden floors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND…Wow! What a stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing rooms, views, staff and HOT TUB!! One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! The 4th floor all have hot tubs (only royal suite on the 5th top floor) and we stayed in 401 corner room. We had a lovely stay. We arrived quite early, and they immediately accommodated us with another room (or we could have waited a little while to check in early in the room we originally booked). As we were dead tired, we hugely appreciated this! The room was lovely and so were the staff. Thank you! The apartment is a very short walk to the centre of town, harbour, etc.

Great find in the centre of the old palace area of Split. Room had everything needed for a short (2-3 days) stay. Host Luka was incredibly helpful with directions to find the place (essential given the old palace labyrinth) and with restaurant suggestions. I’d happily stay again
