"Perfectly nice hotel, but don’t get a room next to the lift shaft - it makes a hell of a noise every time the lift goes up and down. It tears through the bedroom like nails on a blackboard. Regularly through the night, and by morning it was almost every minute or two. I was in room 112 - if you’re offered that room, ask them to move you. "

"Perfect for the city centre to get to all the bars and restaurants on foot we chose a river view and a high floor had a view of the minster the staff were great helping you with everything definitely going back "

"Staff nice, breakfast good, rooms are cold, lack of hot water, walls paper thin, you can hear everything below, above and in adjacent rooms"
