"Great place, just don't ask for room before 4 or they charge 25.00. Some plastic bags may be left in the hall but they might have had a reason I don't ask. Nice pool but towels come and go so grab them when you see them. "

"The Ruby is my favourite place to stay in Spokane. Although it can be a little noisy in the heart of the entertainment district, the Ruby has everything I need for a city stay. Parking is amazing and breakfast at Rosie’s is just what I like. Love the location, walking distance to everything."

"Great service, friendly staff, convenient restaurant which made me a superb sandwich and serves Starbucks coffee. The room was very clean and quiet and I slept great in the bed. I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. Also, the parking was generous and well lit."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower was probably the highlight because the water pressure was good and it was hot. We saw promotions everywhere about warm cookies upon arrival, we were offered and given 0. We were looking forward to the hot tub which was out of order. There were no towels in the pool area, called the front desk asking if some could be brought out so that we didn’t drip water all over the floors, 20 minutes later still no towels.
