"Super friendly staff and we always love staying at this hotel when visiting Starkville. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the pillows on the bed were terrible. Highly suggest to bring your own! Also, breakfast ended at 9, which was too early for us to wake up, pack and still make it to breakfast."

"No housekeeping service and if you need towels you need to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and they’ll count them and give you replacements, like they’re expensive heirlooms. Also, don’t bother trying to get maintenance, they’ll tell you they’ve contacted them but they don’t. This we were told specifically by an employee after we reported an issue."
