"We were not able to use the pool. The staff told us that the water pump is not working. We almost got burned in the shower. My wife was in the shower when the water became very hot. The staff told us that the boiler broke down and they turned off the cold water. When it is my turn to take the shower, there is no hot water at all and I took the shower using freezing cold water. "Well this place isn't great. We had a pair of underwear in our room when we got there and just so we're clear they were not ours. The shower has horrible water pressure and the TV doesn't work very well. It kept skipping and acting like it was having a hard time loading. This was in both rooms we had since they switched our room due to the underwear in the first room. The beds were decent and that's about the only good thing I can say about this place.
