"Horrible! Filthy Dirty Place! Pool rundown. Gym is a dirty smelly walk in closet. Staff was spaced out, not polite or helpful. Had multiple keycards that didn't work and we needed to go back and forth to front desk to get one that worked. Then it didn't work the next day and had to do it over again. TV and remote didnt work. Had to go back and forth to front desk, ultimately needed to change rooms. House keepers were arguing with each other and rude when we asked for towels... they didn't...

"Stayed only for one night. Very clean and new which is what I most like. Cleanliness is the most important feature for me and it was excellent in both the room and bathroom, as well as in the corridors, reception and breakfast area. Breakfast was average. We arrived at 4:30 pm tired and had to wait half an hour for the king-bed room cause they weren’t clean yet which is why this hotel gets 4 stars within it’s category because I think it’s a poor organization when anything like that happens...

"The newly renovated Holiday Inns have a nice new modern look, however, they seem to be touting their commitment to being "green" which means the water pressure in the showers is not good at all. I would say most people staying here, included myself, are dirty, but we're "environmental" aka lower water bills for Holiday Inn."

"This place is basically a motel 6. It’s incredibly outdated and smells terrible. Carpets are so old. The only saving grace is the nice people working there. The room was old, dirty, and out dated. I almost left with my kid to find somewhere else had it been a refundable property but we it wasn’t and we would only be there 2 nights so we sucked it up."
