"We were told to go in door 4 as it was closest to the elevator near our room. The whole lock mechanism was missing from the door so it never locked. Quick easy access from that point to get to the pool, which that door wasn’t locked either!"

We loved having access to the hot tub and pool after a long day, and the continental breakfast the next morning was wonderful. The stay was comfortable, relaxing, and convenient. "The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible.
