"Nice area -convenient. Clean room, comfy bed, quiet stay. Towels were a little rough maybe needed fabric softener when washing. Breakfast is a nice perk - coffee, juice, toast, cereal and a waffle maker. Saves you some $$. People are nice and helpful. They do need to empty outside trash receptacles. Not sure where all the trash comes from but anytime there's a trash can anywhere trash seems to show up. :("

"My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful."

"Great location just N of Pittsburgh - lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet 6th floor. Didn't hear a sound all night. Comfy beds, good breakfast and great value for money."

"This was an excellent spot to stay at! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had many delicious options. The front desk workers were friendly and readily gave me extra towels and bedding for the pull out sofa sleeper. The hotel is right next to a very nice mall area with lots of options for food and shopping."

"We checked into our room and as we were unpacking I stepped on something extremely sharp, luckily I didn't step all the way down pushing it through my foot. There was a piece of metal wire randomly sticking up through the carpet about 2.5inches. I informed the front desk staff twice and there resolution was to come and bend it down so it wouldn't be sticking it. I explained it needs cut out. I tried bending it down and it kept popping back up. It was unsettling walking around the room wondering...

"Spacious room with modern decor, comfortable beds and spectacular view of the city, river and boats. We had breakfast at the Factory and it was excellent. The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Lots to do within walking distance and the walk along the river was fantastic. We stayed there a few years ago and it was a significantly better experience this time around. They have a...

"The only real things to raise are: 1) pick a room away from Baum Ave. because there is quite a bit of traffic noise and it does not make for good night’s sleep, and 2) the windows were either slightly dirty or an fogged up (I could not tell) and hence the view was a bit obscured."
