"Clean room, great location "

"Staff was very friendly. Room was very nice. We stayed before Flying Pig Marathon. The late checkout was a huge plus due to the marathon. "

"The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then."

"Our stay was very nice. Everyone was friendly. We signed up for the shuttle to the airport the night before, but in the morning they didn’t even check the list, and there must have been 20 people waiting for 10 seats. Luckily we made it on, but don’t know why they have you sign up but then don’t use the list."

"Hotel was clean and smelled nice. Close to our venue. I was pretty upset that the heater in the indoor pool was broken. No notice, no messages about it, and we weren’t even told this at check in. We chose this hotel 4 months in advance just because of the indoor pool. We even added a day to our stay because of the pool. Hubby and I went down to the pool, in our suits, walked passed the front desk employees, and no one said anything. Pool was FREEZING cold. I asked about it, and while they were kind, I was the one that had to ask for any kind of a refund. $40 off of a $380 bill. "

"No breakfast, room was barely cleaned. Old pizza box behind tv stand with old pizza in it. Bathroom floor flooded when using shower. Dead bugs all through out the room. "
