"Woke us up with some announcement about an emergency then five minutes later said the situation was under control. Took us an hour to check in because the line was so out of control, took an hour for ballet to get our car. the elevators barely work. overall spent more time waiting than enjoying my stay, only thing it has going for it is location."

"We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Central Park--- it is in a great location. Our room was clean, but the towels in our room were thin and frayed, and there was not an in-room coffee maker. The mini fridge was dented and sitting directly on the floor. The lounge behind check-in could be cleaner. The luggage room is understaffed for how busy the hotel is (they really need two people instead of one). Allow yourself plenty of time to retrieve bags you store if you're catching a train...
