"Loved the staff, location, restaurants and restaurant staff"

"The hotel has a casino in it which is always nice. However it is a smoking hotel, so when you go downstairs you can smell the smoke. It's also near the stadiums, so night is a bit noisy. However I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay again. Its far away from city center to not worry about the stuff there but a quick 10min ride into the center to enjoy all the things. "

"The shuttle was a big plus. The staff, especially, Caleb, went out of their way to accommodate. The only suggestion I have is to be consistent with times. Check-out was at 11 a.m. but on the back of the bathroom door it said noon. On the Expedia app and the hotel website it said the Sports Bar was open from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. but when I went around 1 p.m., I was told it didn't open until 4:30 p.m. Overall great experience and I will be back."
