Hotel murah di Springfield

"We didn’t stay here as they messed up our reservation. It was beyond stressful to say the least. The front desk clerk was no help whatsoever. "

"the room was damp when we arrived, the tv was only analog and had no channels other then PBS. Lastly breakfast was poorly attended to no fruit, very scimpy amounts of food which led to constantly asking if there was more by 7am. and having to continue to ask for coffee was absurd."

"The remote didnt work for the tv, you had to push the power button on the tv itself. Then the volume was not able to be adjusted. The knob for the stove wasnt there and it was impossible to turn by hand, so the kitchen was useless to prepare food. The bathroom wasnt properly cleaned, there was still hair and a bar of soap in the bathtub from the previous guest. This is the first time my stay has been less than awesome, hopefully its just an isolated incident. Tried to speak with the manager...

"The bed was not properly secured to the pedestal. It rock and creaked all night with all movements. Can't do anything about the highway, so that was my fault for stopping at 12 of the 38 pictures. We've stayed in Baymonts before so we were surprised that the overall property was so beat up."

"The check in person made me wait until 3pm to check in. It was 2:45pm and I needed to use the bathroom amd I just got done driving, there is no bathroom in the lobby, and I had to wait so I could use the bathroom. Then at 3p I jad to wait further become others were in line trying to check in. I will never use this hotel or it's brand ever again. "

"This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now."

"The question was how my check in was. No problems or surprises. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Heating provided a thermostatic controlled comfortable stay. The room lacked facial tissues "

"Hotel was beautiful and comfortable, my only complaint is the breakfast. They said breakfast was available till 10 am but at 9:30 the food was already put away. "

"It didn’t feel clean as I thought dirt was still left on the floor and sauce or something from the previous people who stayed the shower wasn’t wiped clean "

"Dried blood on the comforter but basically clean , couldn’t get front desk on the phone cuz it didn’t work then when I actually called from my cell no one would answer. Only stayed over night but if I had gotten there earlier I would not have stayed. "

All bath linens need to be burnt - I couldn’t tell if they’d been washed or not; the disinfectant they used to clean the floors was overpowering; pillows could be upgraded- I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard; not too many amenities in the room (no hangers, coffee pot but no supplies; no iron/ironing board; kitchenette but no plates/pots or utensils); hotel was generally clean and for its location, it’s ok...

"Nice desk staff, clean linens, comfortable for 5 of us to sleep. Floors needed vacuuming in the room and hallways. "
