"Staff were very helpful especially on the front desk. Room was clean. The health club is separate to the hotel but access is granted by swapping your room key for a gym fob. The chrome cast in our room didn’t work, the staff offered to switch our rooms, but we’d just asked for the twin beds to be made into 2 singles, so remained for the convenience. The breakfast is also very average, no coffee machines just push down conference containers and the general selection was no better than 3*. The staff were great overall an ok stay for one night, just missing some key basics to push the rating higher"
