"The best is a beach view The hotel outdated, , room is clean bed is comfortable. The environment is not peaceful, people talk loudly , smoking even in Elevator (I’m allergic to cigarettes) Front desk staff was nice, It said kitchenette, but no Pans nor pot No utensils, just fridge, stove, microwave Couple plates! I choose just for the beach view, but I wouldn’t recommend it Oh ! Also TV no internet"

"We have stayed there before and everyone was nice but the overall manager now was very hateful. The first ground floor room that we were put into was great, but after 2 days, because of a hotel problem, we were moved to the 4th floor. Our room had no balcony and the elevator was a walk down the entire width of the hotel. We had reservations for an attraction that afternoon that we had to lose a deposit on because the manager said if we didn't move quickly, we would be locked out of our room. I couldn't use the rolling cart to move us because the elevator has 5 stairs to go down to get to the room entrance walkway. I'm almost 80 years old and this was a big problem for me and a wasted day of our vacation. The manager told me to either move rooms or go home. Will never stay here again!!!"

"I loved the private beach. The pools and hot tubs were great. There was a drunk adult causing mischief no security to address made us go to our room early. Bar was extremely slow with service and receiving food. Over an hour for just pizza. Waitress was very friendly. Moved our check out time ti 11am however I was locked out of my room at 10am. The key did not work. All and all it was a very nice experience. I guess I expected higher standards from a Hilton and for the price we paid."

"My room was very satisfying and enjoyed the breakfast prepared the next morning. I wish I had known I had too pay a parking deposit for parking my vehicle before I made my reservation, I probably would have NEVER made reservations! I know I won't be staying any other time if the is still a deposit for parking and won't recommend to any of my family and friends... and as for the lady at the desk that checked me in seemed like she had a problem with me after I thought about withdrawing my reservation..."
