"Everything was really good apart from the bar. Staff seemed to have other duties which meant bar was not manned fully. That is the only fault but it would not stop me going again. Maybe just staffing problems on the night. "

"Stayed with my wife for just one night away for our Anniversary. I must say this hotel was such a pleasant surprise and a true hidden gem. The care taken to provide a warm, comfortable experience with everything you could possibly need was amazing. The owners are very visible and helpful. The support staff were amazing. Breakfast made to order and so tasty. Could not recommend this place more highly. I would be very surprised if there is another hotel in Blackpool that comes close to it...

"Nice little hotel, bed was comfortable. We had a small double for the night and it was absolutely fine for our needs. Staff are good and looked after us well. Can't fault it at all for what we paid and parking available across the road, so unlike hotels in the centee of town you will always be handy for your car."

"We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. "Efficient check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue with the TV remote in our room which the staff rectified immediately by sending a replacement to the room. Clean and spacious room with comfy bed and ample storage for clothes. Iron and hair dryer worked perfectly. "We did not stay at this hotel as when we went to check in the hotel advised that they were double booked and they had arranged an alternative hotel. When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room.
