"Stayed here to attend a concert at United Center. We were hoping we’d feel safe enough to walk and we were. So many people at the hotel were also attending the same show, we all walked back home in a big group! Room was large, breakfast was above the standard fare, service from staff very friendly and accommodating, and this area of town was not riddled with traffic. If I ever go to another event at UC again I’ll definitely stay here!"

Minor inconveniences- the steamer in the room didn’t work well at all and menu options were limited in lobby restaurant with long service times. Location was convenient to public transportation. Would stay again!"

"The room was clean, bed was good and the only "issue" was the size of the bathroom. For long stays might be something that I would not like but the stay was only 3 nights so I would say it was perfect. Gym could use some update as well, but same logic, for shorter stays the property is amazing. Great location, near everything."
