"The property was spacious and bright. There was a Spar shop opposite. It was a short walk to the beach and 4 miles from the Eden Project . 5 mins walk from the train station. I would use it again."

"A very welcoming hotel in Polperro. The room was cosy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also very good. It’s just a short walk to the Harbour and has the added bonus of an included car parking space. Highly recommended. "

"Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. "Really lovely one night stay whilst we had a special meal in Padstow. We had a garden room which meant you had a sea view and small terrace - the downside was that in the morning we were underneath the breakfast room and it was quite noisy from just before 8am which on a Sunday was a bit annoying. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, the windows and patio door were a bit drafty though as it was a stormy night.
