"Great hotel with good vibe to its coffee/bakery shop area. Enjoyed our stay but disappointed by communications with staff. We reported 3 bikes that weren’t road worthy but they left them where they were for other guests to pick up and find the same faults. No VIP Expedia upgrade was offered (although we were happy with our room) and no Expedia VIP meal discount accepted in the breakfast despite being advised of its validity. If VIP offers are going to be promoted they should be readily available...

"Das Zimmer war an sich gut, aber sowohl ein paar Tassen als auch die Gläser waren bei Ankunft schmutzig und mussten von uns erstmal gespült werden. Im Badezimmer an der Heizung war das Kabel defekt und im Schlafzimmer ging die linke Steckdose irgendwie nicht. Location war top. Alles zentral ablaufbar wenn man gut zu Fuss ist. Balkon war super. "

"The property had Air Con, heater great lay out, a kitchenette, fridge, table, comfortable bed, great bathroom. The location was in the middle of everything just walk or take the trams. The main central station is a 30min walk at the most. Uber and Bolt is available. The host maintained communication throughout and the check in and out was easy."

"While I’m still traveling Europe, I’m currently on my 21st country and this place is one of my favorite places I stayed. A piece of advice for other travelers though, make sure you type in the address of the hostel and make sure it correlates with where it’s at bc I typed in the name and it sent me to another place on the other side of the river. Also the local tram is super convenient and right on the other side of the street."

"Room was cleaned daily. My daughter and I had adjacent rooms at the back of the hotel. We didn't experience the noise of traffic. The location of the hotel is adjacent to Kazimierz and a 20 minute walk from the main square. Easily accessible by train from the airport. The station is Krakow Grzegorzki. The restaurants in Szeroka Square nearby are expensive. Explore the side streets. Loads of places to eat and you will pay half of what you would pay. Breakfast at the hotel is amazing. A...
