"The Holiday Inn part of the building not under renovation is not kept up. We stayed two nights. Requested the toilet to be fix three times. They offered to change rooms but we had to get to appointments. Got back the next staff had no idea. So we continued to fix the toilet ourselves. Take it from there 😔"

"The problem with this very clean, updated and well decorated hotel with its good breakfast was it had no elevator and no luggage carts. The first floor rooms go quickly. When we arrived at 7:00 pm on a Tuesday in a slow July week, we got the last first floor room. We booked through Expedia, and there was no option to reserve a first floor room and no notice that there was no elevator or luggage carts. Therefore some people might find they have paid for a room that is in fact inacessible."

"Nobody there , owner was at the Mosk , reach him at 10h30 , answer ; I'll be there in 2 minutes ...13 minutes later he arrives after sending somebody to double check enter the room at 11h pm 88 degres inside , bed very uncomfortable . Didn't sleep much and left the motel at 6ham . Worst experience ever would ask for full refund. Lost of money clearly."
