It is a nice condo but the bedrooms didn’t have vents for air conditioning only ceiling fans. The air conditioning was in the main area.

When we walked in the unit, you could see dirty footprints along the hardwood area. There were spider webs by the door going out to the hot tub. There was hair in both showers. There was popcorn on the floor in plain sight under the barstool. There was lip gloss in one of the bedroom drawers. Inside the fridge was dirty. The carpet was frayed pretty bad in the master bedroom. They only gave us one key unless we went to talk to someone about a timeshare. It's hard to think about getting a timeshare in a place that pays little attention to detail! The things we found were pretty gross!

The 10 am time to leave is a little rough with our kids. I would suggest changing that time to 11 am like most other facilities. The internet situation is annoying. It would be better to just allow for internet use. The unit had a very dirty balcony, it really needed to be mopped. There were a lot of dried spill marks, and our unit could have been vacuumed and swept better as there were lots of crumbs under the dinning table. The appearance all in all was very good. We enjoyed the pool ( it did have some large dead bugs in it) we also used the basketball and pickle ball courts. One of the pickleball nets is pretty hammered though. These things are just for your information. I would want to know them if I were managing. Anyhow, we did for the most part dry much enjoy our stay and will most likely stay again.

So comfortable!

Beautiful updated condo. We stayed two nights and could not have been more comfortable. We were given a three bedroom condo when we booked a one bedroom and it was huge! We didn’t use all the rooms but they all looked nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fireplace was wonderful after a cold day of hiking. We would definitely stay again! The only negatives were the uncomfortable couch and an attempted sales pitch at check in.

Great for families.

This was the perfect hotel and vacation for our family. Plenty of room for everyone in the family to have their own space. Beautiful property with lots to do to keep our 3 kids entertained. Close by restaurants and parks. We have stayed here twice in the last 6 months and will definitely be back!

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo with large kitchen. Added bonus was the washer/dryer. After a week on a family road trip it was nice to be able to run a load of laundry for the remainder of our trip.

AMAZING!!

This property was amazing. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (and then some) and plenty of room for the family. The property was clean and quiet (except for the construction going on at the adjacent property. Check in was easy and they were very friendly and helpful with "things to do" since we had never been there before. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to everything in town. Larger then a hotel room. Internet is an additional cost per device. Tv service is a joke. Tried to extend our stay by a day but the front desk couldn’t help us, had to call a 1-800 number. Couldn’t get anyone to answer. Moved to Sand Hallow Resort for the same price and twice the room with free internet and dish tv service

Jederzeit wieder und auf jeden länger als 3 Tage

Wurden im neuen Estancia Gebäude untergebracht . Super schick mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern , Küche , Balkon, Waschmaschine , Trockner . Schöne Poolanlage mit Whirpool . Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend . Auch der kostenlose Kaffee am Morgen war sehr , sehr gut .

The property was beautiful and very clean. Call ahead and ask to have your parking permit ready at the check in desk so you don't have to talk to the concierge lady and get talked into a 90 minute timeshare presentation. Everything was fabulous and my kids were thrilled to have enough space to spread out and relax.

There were adult toys left in the night stand. And blood on the bathroom floor. Water bottles under the couch and food left in the freezer. Makes you wonder if the sheets got changed. It's gross. The manager was very nice and moved us to a different room.

Gorgeous rooms. Very few pool chairs and no rules about reserving so bring your own beach chair unless you like laying in the concrete. Worldmark Staff attentive to our needs.
