Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, breakfast was a dream, and the lounge, very comfortable. As with any hotel, location, location, location, and the Rembrandt's location could not be beat. Maybe a wee bit too close to Harrods...the temptation was real 😆. The concierge and doormen were friendly and very helpful too. Will definitely stay here again."
