"Great location to spend time at if visiting for a few days. We were lucky and had a week. Great breakfast and service. Had an excellent meal in Tides and cocktails were great - especially in happy hour. "

All staff including front of house, chambermaids and restaurant were very helpful. We ate in the downstairs Restaurant too and had a memorable meal with our friends! "

"The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception,...

"Large hotel with lots of facility's. Fantastic swimming pool, numerous bars& restaurants, entertainment for all ages. Not a sea front hotel but in a nice location & a nice walk through the park to town & buses."

"The room was wonderful. The food was good and the staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a little old fashioned and the shower had to be hand held. However, this was not really a problem. Everything else was so good, that honestly, a tiny problem like that was nothing really. Would come again to this lovely hotel."
