Our hosts were attentive and very accommodating. The space was very clean and designed in a charming way which reflected the culture of the area. We enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast and the warm atmosphere. We highly recommend this place for a visit to St. Ives and the nearby sites.

Beautiful and comfortable guesthouse very near the heart of St Ives. My hosts were lovely and friendly, the food delicious and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches (e.g. gluten-free bars provided for me in my room). I really recommend this guesthouse.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful room with the most amazing sea view! Beautiful bay windows that allows you to enjoy the view to the fullest. The hosts are wonderful and really welcoming. Great quality breakfast as well with many choices for cooked options.

Oh my god - what can I say- this place is amazing- with a breakfast the way BnB’s used to be done- excellent quality food, full breakfasts’ and hosts that actually care about your stay. This type of service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

The owners of this guest house are very sweet and accommodating. The view of the Celtic Sea from our room gave me peace and the location is second to none. St. Ives is a magical place, but this stay made it that much better.

Little gem in St. Ives

Lovely little guest house and the hosts were really kind, attentive and helpful. We stayed in double ensuite room (Room 5) which had stunning views of Clodgy Point, Porthmeor Beach and the armchairs helped soak in the views every morning and evening during our stay. Also couldn't fault the breakfast which was an added bonus. Looking forward to my stay.

Charlotte and Gavin were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great! The location was fantastic, parking was a bit tricky in busy council carparks but this is a St. Ives problem and not related to property. Overall a lovely experience, and we would reccomend it.

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Tregony Guest House was the perfect choice for our trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and a real highlight of our stay. The hosts were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Had a 3 night stay whilst on a work trip and it was excellent. The hosts got in touch about check in time and were accommodating with my situation. Upon arrival they were extremely friendly and welcoming and this was the case throughout my whole stay. The whole place was very clean, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very good and the location superb. Not a bad word to say.
